Herøy Municipality Is Asking For Tenders For A Turnkey Project - Reconstruction Of Industrivegen 19. The Part Of The Building To Be Rehabilitated Is Approximately 385 M2, And Is Built In 3 Different Building Stages. Bt1 Built In 1985 Approx. 115 M2, Bt2 Built In 1998-2000 Approx. 95 M2 And Bt3 Built In 2005 Approx. 175 M2. The Scope Of The Project Is Mainly To Fully Rehabilitate The Interior In Addition To Minor Changes To The Facade. The General Contractor Must Also Provide An Option Price For New Window Blinds, Solar Shading Such As Screens And Split Units For Cooling Ict Rooms, As Well As Any Deductions From Existing Intake/Return. A Detailed Overview Of The Work Can Be Found In The Requirements Specifications, See Appendix Section 12. The Project Must Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract And The Tender Must Include Complete Work And Include Engineering And Deliveries As Defined In The Projects Tender Basis. The Drawing Basis Is To Be Understood As A Feasibility Study And Te Takes Over The Total Responsibility Up To The Time Of Handover. The Contract Work Must Start Immediately After The Contract Is Signed And The Project Is Expected To Be Completed During April 2027.
