The Subject Of The Resumed Tender Procedure Is The Performance Of Construction Works And The Provision Of The Service For The Investment Entitled: Construction And Reconstruction Of Gas Cogeneration Units With A Total Capacity Of 4.636 Mwe And 5.729 Mwt At The Ciechanów Heat And Power Plant, Which Is An Order Based On The Design And Build Formula, And Therefore Includes The Performance Of The Necessary Design, Construction And Installation Works, The Delivery Of Equipment And Materials, And Carrying Out Commissioning, Training And Warranty Tests, As Well As Obtaining Certificates And Permits Necessary For Commissioning.
