This Contract Is An Adapted Procedure Contract Awarded In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L.2123-1, R.2123-4 And R.2131-12 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Contract Is An Ordinary Contract Treated At A Fixed Price Shown In The Act Of Commitment And In The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price. The Amount Allocated To A Box Set For A Single Person (Service 1) Must Be Less Than Or Equal To €46 Including Tax.
