The Purpose Of This Private Law Consultation Is Therefore To Proceed With The Designation Of The Company Which Will Be Entrusted With The Supply, Installation And Connection Of Two (2) Transformers For Powering The Future Variators And Draft Fan Motors And All Of The Electrical Modifications Necessary For The Operation Of The Whole (Tgbt Modification, Replacement Of The Wiring (Hv/Lv) If Necessary) As Well As The Supply Of Their Accessories (Supply Of Associated Instruments). The Expected Supply And Work Services Will Include All Of The Studies, The Supply, Installation And Associated Services For Turnkey Delivery Of The Works As Described. The Contract Is A Global And Fixed Price Contract, It Will Therefore Be Up To The Contractor To Take All The Necessary Information To Offer Equipment And Works Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Regulations In Force And The Objectives And Needs Of The Project Owner, And To Identify In Its Offer, All The Information And Technical Characteristics Necessary For The Perfect Execution Of The Services Covered By The Contract. It Will Include In Particular: Project And Design Studies Including :The General Plans Defining The Implementation Of The Works According To The Principles And Definitions Retained;The Calculation Notes Excluding Tax/Low Voltage,The Execution Plans Corresponding To This Lot Are Entirely The Responsibility Of The Holder, As Well As Detailed, Quantitative Plans And All Implementation Constraints To Respect The Objectives Of This Contract;The Production, Supply, Transport To Site, Handling, Assembly, And Implementation Of All Materials, Equipment And Equipment For The Project (Including Packaging, Transport, Brought To The Site And Connection); The Removal/Reinstallation Of All The Elements Necessary For The Implementation Of The New Equipment; The Means Of Lifting, Handling, Scaffolding And Temporary Means Of Access Necessary For The Execution Of The Services; Connection To All The Necessary Connection Points (Electricity, Air, Steam, Access Platform, Etc.)
