The Object Of The Procurement Is The Expansion Of Production Building No. 3 Located On The Property Of Lao Tn 24 As Two Separate Halls With Axial Dimensions Of 14.0 × 36.0 M And 14.0 × 39.0 M, With A Total Of Approximately 1,060 M² Of Storage And Assembly Space. The Work Includes Preparation And Demolition Works, Excavation Under The Building, Foundations And Sub-Floors, Steel Frame, External Walls And Roofs Made Of Sandwich Panels, Opening Fillings And Roof Structures, Fire Curtains And Preparation Of Working Drawings And Product Drawings. The Scope Of Work Does Not Include Heating And Ventilation Systems, High- And Low-Current Electrical Installation With Automatic Fire Alarm, Solar Panels Or The Exchange Of The Main Cable Between The Connection Point And The Buildings Main Switchboard — These Are Procured Separately. The Basic Documents Contain The Basic Architectural Design, The Working Design Of The Construction Part And The Mandatory Quotation Form.
