The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Provide An Independent, Research-Based And Comprehensive Knowledge Base On The Development Of Child And Youth Crime In Norway. This Includes: 1. Surveying Existing Data Sources 2. Elucidating How The Development In Child And Youth Crime Can Be Compiled And Understood Over Time 3. Recommending Measures For A Lasting High Quality Of The Knowledge Base The Knowledge Will Form An Important Basis For The Authorities And Other Actors Working With The Prevention Of Child And Youth Crime To Be Able To Implement The Most Effective Efforts Possible.
