The Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are As Follows: Activity 1. Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase Activity 2. Implementation Of The Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Technical Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Regulations, And Norms Currently In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of This Nature. Cmp Activities To Be Carried Out Include:Roofing Worksfacade Worksinternal Electrical Installationsfinishing Works Activity 3. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Tasks And Activities Under This Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Part Of The Documentation Under This Public Procurement. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. ​​​​​​​
