The Sub-Object Is A Sports Building - Building With Identifier 56126.602.803.4. It Was Built In 1988. It Is A Massive Building With A Reinforced Concrete Supporting Structure And Brick Walls. The Building Has An Underground Floor Partially Buried In The Ground. The Building Houses:- On Floor 2 - A Gym With Its Adjacent Changing Rooms And Bathrooms- On The 1St Floor – A Swimming Pool With Adjacent Changing Rooms, Bathrooms And A Technical Room For Ventilation Installation.- In The Basement - Sports Hall (Fitness), Technical Room Under Swimming Pool And Boiler Plant. The Boiler Plant Serves Both The Sports Building And The Educational Building.Floors 1 And 2, As Well As The Gym In The Basement, Are Heated. The Remaining Rooms In The Basement Are Unheated. The Basement Walls Are Reinforced Concrete. To Determine The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory And Of The Buildings And Facilities;- Shaping The Facades;- Bringing The Building Into Compliance With The Regulatory Requirements According To Ordinance No. Iz2377/15.09.2011. For Construction And Technical Rules And Norms For Ensuring Safety In Case Of Fire;- Replacement Of Electrical Installations And Installation Of Low-Current Installations;- Replacement Of Plumbing And Sewage Installations;- Rehabilitation Of Part Of The Existing Hvac Installations And Construction Of New Ones.
