It Envisages The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Major Repair Of Sidewalks Along Razliv Street, Pravets Municipality, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Terms Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.An Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Agreed And Approved, And A Building Permit Has Been Issued.The Contractors Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Them In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation.
