The Delivery Should Be Made To The Address Indicated By The Contracting Party, On The Territory Of The City Of Ruse. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Of The Current Approved Documentation, The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And The Draft Contract - Appendix No. 2, Under The Relevant Separate Position.The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of New, Unused, Light-Duty Vehicles And Specialized Equipment For Auxiliary Activities, Intended For The Daily Auxiliary Operational And Technical Tasks And Maintenance Of The Transport And Parking Areas, Including Timely Snow Removal And Mechanized Cleaning.The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance During The Warranty Period Of The Vehicles.Warranty Maintenance During The Warranty Period Means The Removal Of Deficiencies And Defects Of The Delivered Items At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period.For The Specified Supplies, The Contracting Authority Has Made A Request For Their Inclusion In The Subject Of An Administrative Contract/Annex, Financed Under The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027. After Signing An Administrative Contract/Annex, Financing Will Be Provided, And At The Moment, The Completion Of The Supplies And Their Payment Is Requested By 30.11.2026. In The Case Of Setting Another Deadline By The Managing Body Or Ensuring The Possibility Of Self-Financing, Clauses For Postponing The Deadline For Implementation Are Provided For In The Draft Contract, Without This Affecting The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Specific Deliveries Under The Relevant Specific Item Proposed By The Winning Participant.Separate Item #1: Delivery By Purchase Of 3 (Three) New, Electric Light Trucks Category N1, Equipped With On-Board Charger And Charging Cableseparate Item #2: Delivery By Purchase Of 1 (One) Number Of New Skid Steer Loader With Attachmentsimportant!!!! In This Case, In The Public Procurement Notice, The Contracting Authority Stipulates That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Shall Be Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection.
