The Stated Overhaul Aims To Control The Risk Of The Continued Impact Of Roof Leaks And Prevent Further Depreciation Of The Building.The Full Scope Of Activities Is Described In Detail In The Investment Project, The Guidelines, The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code And Will Be Executed Only After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee.
