The Ministry Of Health (Ministry) Is Seeking Proposals For Emergency Medical Assistants (Ema) Licencing Branch Practical Examinations Facilities.The Ministry Requires Practical Examination Facilities, Equipment And Ancillary Services To Perform Practical Evaluations Conducted On Behalf Of The Emergency Medical Assistants Licensing Board (Board). These Ema Practical Evaluations Are At Pre-Determined Locations And Dates Based On A Schedule Published One To Two Years In Advance.The Board Currently Conducts Practical Evaluations In Cranbrook, Dawson Creek, Terrace, Vernon And Victoria[I]. The Branch Currently Has Contracts In Multiple Regions That Expire March 31, 2027.The Services Are To Be Provided On An “As, If And When Requested” Basis, There Is No Guarantee To The Minimum Or Maximum Amount Of Work That Will Be Required.More Than One Contract Per Region May Be Awarded As A Result Of This Rfp. If A Proponent Has Location/Facilities Available In More Than One Region, Please Include All Locations In Your Proposal.The Term Of The Contract(S) Will Be From April 1, 2027 To March 31, 2032, With The Option, At The Sole Discretion Of The Ministry, To Extend For An Additional Two-Year Term.Unless An Exception Applies As Described In Section 2.29 B), As A Condition Of Contract Finalization The Successful Proponent Will Be Required To Provide The Province With A Tax Verification Letter. Please See Section 2.29 For Further Details. As Set Out In Section 2.29, The Province Will Be Unable To Finalize A Contract With A Proponent That Is Unable To Produce A Tax Verification Letter As A Part Of Contract Finalization, If Required.Further Details As To The Scope Of This Opportunity And The Requirements Can Be Found Within This Rfp.
