The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (“Rfp”) Is To Select One (1) Proponent To Enter Into A Contract (Appendix A) With B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“Pavco”) To Assist In The Renewal Of Its Strategic Plan For 2027 And Beyond. Building On The Success Of Its Current Strategic Plan, Pavco Is Seeking The Services Of A Consultant(S) With Experience In Assisting Crown Corporations With Regulatory Mandates In Developing A Renewed Strategy To Achieve Its Mandate To Generate Economic And Community Benefit For The People Of British Columbia Through Prudent Management Of Public Facilities. The Detailed Scope Of Work And Responsibilities Are Defined In Section 1. This Rfp Is Not An Invitation To Treat And Not A Tender Call Or An Offer And There Is No Intention By Pavco To Make An Offer By Releasing This Rfp.
