Attendance At The Site Visit Is Mandatory, This Is Your Only Opportunity To View The Sites As Areas Are Not Accessible To The Public. The City Of Delta Reserves The Right To Reject Without Consideration Any Bid From A Bidder That Did Not Attend The Site Visit.
