This Contract Concerns The Execution Of Upkeep, Maintenance And Various Repair Works In All Municipal Buildings Of The City Of Montmagny, At The Request Of The Project Owner. The Services Include In Particular: Works For All Trades Relating To Existing Or Newly Created Works, And Relating In Particular To The Following Trades: 1.A. Structural Work, Masonry 1.B. Plastering, Lining, Partitions, False Ceilings 1.C. Interior And Exterior Joinery (Wood, Aluminum, Pvc, Metal) 1.D. Locksmith, Metalwork 1.E. Plumbing, Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation 1.F. Roofing, Framework, Zincwork 1.G. Glazing, Mirror Making 1.H. Renovation And Facade Work 1.I. Thermal And Acoustic Insulation Workassociated Services:Osummary Technical Diagnostics Before Intervention If Necessary (Condition Report, Asbestos, Lead Identification, Etc.)Osupply Of All Materials, Equipment And Accessories Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Servicesosecurity Of Sites During And After Interventionoend Of Construction Cleaningoevacuation And Treatment Of Construction Site Waste In Approved Centersthe Holder May Be Required To Intervene On Small, Medium Or Large-Scale Works, In Depending On The Needs Expressed By The City. The Interventions May Relate To Administrative, School, Sports, Associative, Technical, Cultural Buildings As Well As Other Public Facilities In Montmagny. The Services Will Be Carried Out:Either On One-Off Request (Purchase Forms Or Quotes Accepted),Or As Part Of Urgent Interventions Requiring Processing Within Very Short Deadlines.The Contract Is Concluded Without Exclusivity: The City Of Montmagny Reserves The Right To Use Other Service Providers For Similar Services Depending On The Service Requirements Or Budgetary Constraints, Without This Giving The Holder A Right To Compensation.
