The Project Management Mission Covers All The Works, Equipment And Installations Necessary For The Production, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals In Hotline, And In Particular:The Creation, Restructuring Or Bringing Up To Standard Of Production Premises (Cooking, Preparation, Vegetables, Cold Areas, Laundry, Temperature Maintenance, Storage, Staff Premises, Technical Premises);Professional Kitchen Equipment And Associated Production Processes;Technical Installations (Electricity, Ventilation And Extraction, Plumbing, Water Production Hot, Smoke Extraction, Cold) And Connections;The Interior Arrangements And, Where Applicable, The Necessary Exterior Arrangements (Access, Delivery Area, Waste And Bio-Waste Premises);The Health Provisions (Hygiene Package, Forward Movement, Health Control Plan), Fire Safety (Erp) And Accessibility (Prm). The Operation Is Likely To Concern Several School Catering Sites As Well As The Existing Production Kitchens (Buffalo School Group And, For Summer Production, Villelouvette Leisure Center In Egly).
