The Supplier Shall Provide All Labour, Supervision, Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, And Materials Necessary To Perform Annual Sewer Inspections, Ad‑Hoc Flushing , And Emergency Response Services In Accordance With The Deliverables And All Applicable Legislation, Regulations, And Safety Standards. All Services Shall Be Performed By Qualified Personnel Using Properly Maintained Equipment To Ensure Safe, Efficient, And Reliable Operations, The Supplier Is Responsible For Traffic Control As Necessary. For All Flushing Activities, The Supplier Shall Employ A Flush-And-Capture Methodology In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Commission Letter.
