The Implementation Of The Task (In Accordance With The Ffu) Includes The Following Scope Of Work: 1. Securing The Park Area: • Designating Transport Routes, Preparing Construction Facilities, Places For Storing Materials, And Stationing Equipment; • Protection Of Existing Greenery (Greenery Under Conservation Protection!). 2. Work On Stairs/Slopes: • Replacement Of Stairs; • Elimination Of Stairs In Places Where Possible; • Construction Of Ramps In Places Where Possible; • Shaping And Leveling Of The Adjacent Area. 3. Greenery Works: • Maintenance Of Monumental Tree Specimens; • Carrying Out Maintenance Work On The Remaining Tree Stand; • Making Specialized Ties, Supports, Etc. In Tree Crowns; • Removal Of Seedlings Of Invasive Alien Plants; • Mycorrhization Within Existing Tree Systems; • Bush Care; • Enriching The Soil Under The Existing Shrub Plantings. The Basis For Implementing The Task And The Exact Scope Of Work Are Determined By The Functional And Utility Program Attached To The Procedure. The Design Documentation For The Task Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users. The Design Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, Along With Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions, Including Obtaining A Building Permit / Works Notification On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Material Applications Will Be Approved Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submission. Incomplete Or Faulty Material Applications Submitted To The Ordering Party Will Be Rejected, • Due To The Publicly Accessible Nature Of The Park, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safety In The Area Of ​​Work Being Carried Out, • The Organization Of Construction Facilities And Their Liquidation, Including Marking The Construction Site And Ordering Industry Supervision In Places Of Conflict With Underground Utilities, Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
