The Works Performed Under The Order Consist In Maintaining The Full Technical And Operational Efficiency Of The Sterilization Devices And Include: - Periodic Technical Inspections And Maintenance Specified By The Manufacturer; - Travel, Diagnosis, Calibration And Repairs Including The Replacement Of Damaged Parts; - Safety Check And Control; - Remote Diagnostics - Repair Time Without The Use Of Spare Parts - Up To 3 Working Days - Repair Time Using Spare Parts - Up To 7 Working Days - Recommended Modifications Of The Software And Structure By The Manufacturer, Improving Work Efficiency And Safety. The Contractor Declares That It Has Appropriately Qualified Staff Within The Scope Of The Order Description. The Scope Of Work Depends On The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of The Medical Device. Authorization Certificate In Accordance With The Manufacturers Declaration. Parts Used For Repairs Must Be Brand New And Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Device. The Contractor Will Provide Maintenance Services For Medical Devices And Equipment And Will Employ Employees With Qualifications And Professional Experience Specified By The Manufacturers (Importers, Distributors) In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices, Documented With A Certificate. The Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements Specified In The Instructions For Use, Applicable Standards, Instructions And Relevant Regulations In Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices. The Contractor, Together With The Ordering Partys Representative, Is Obliged To Keep Documentation At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Specifying The Dates Of Subsequent Inspections, Maintenance And Service Activities, Resulting From The Instructions For Use And Manufacturers Recommendations (Scheduled Replacement Of Parts, Inspection Kits). The Performance Of The Technical Inspection Must Be Confirmed By An Appropriate Entry In The Technical Passport With A Legible Signature Of The Contractor And Issuing A Service Report (Job Card) With A Full Description Of The Work.
