The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing With The Option Of Purchasing A Brand New Truck - A Tipper With A Permissible Total Weight Of 3.5 Mg, Structurally Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic, Equipped With A Crew Cabin, Powered By A Diesel-Fueled Combustion Engine, With Rear Axle Drive. The Car Is Also To Be Adapted To Be Connected To An O2 Category Trailer Using A Ball Hitch. The Vehicle Is Completed On The Basis Of A Brand New Truck Chassis, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025 And Meeting The Euro Vi Exhaust Emission Standard In A Version Enabling Registration Of The Delivered Vehicle. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Made Only Of New Parts, In Accordance With The Regulations Allowing For Use In The European Union And Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Applicable Law Of The Republic Of Poland. A Vehicle Previously Used For Demonstration Purposes Is Not Allowed.
