The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos, I.E. Waste With Codes 17 06 01* (Insulating Materials Containing Asbestos) And 17 06 05* (Building Materials Containing Asbestos), In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Catalog Of Waste, I.E. Their Packaging, Weighing, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos. Resulting From The Removal Or Replacement Of Roof Coverings From Buildings Located In The Czajków Commune, Belonging To Natural Persons Who Qualified For The Program Entitled: Update Of The Program For The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Czajków Commune. The Collected Asbestos-Containing Waste Must Be Transported In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, And Disposed Of In Accordance With The Waste Act To An Appropriately Designated Hazardous Waste Landfill. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Planned For Collection Is Approximately 400 Tons (400,000.00 Kg). The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Removal Of Crushed Asbestos Boards. Due To The Fact That The Given Quantities Of Products Containing Asbestos Were Estimated As At The Date Of Preparation Of The Content Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves That These Quantities May Change (Reduce) During The Implementation Of The Task During The Actual Weighing Of Waste, Due To Their Estimation In M2 By The Applicants And The Average Assumption Made That 1 M2 Of Asbestos-Cement Board Weighs 17 Kg. These Are Approximate Values, Estimated On The Basis Of Previous Implementation And Are For Information Purposes Only. The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Will Pay For The Actual Amount Of Transported And Neutralized Asbestos Waste, Up To The Maximum Amount Of Financial Resources In The Ordering Partys Possession For The Implementation Of The Task In Question. The Estimated Quantity Of Products Containing Asbestos Was Given In Order To Determine The Unit Price Per 1 Mg, Which Cannot Be Changed By The Contractor Throughout The Duration Of The Project. Additionally, The Number Of Supplied Asbestos Products May Decrease During The Implementation Of The Task Due To The Resignation Of Applicants Participating In The Program Unless New People Join In Their Place.
