The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly, Connection And Commissioning Of A Power Generator With A Power Of At Least 80 Kva With Warranty Service And The Performance Of All Accompanying And Installation Works.2.The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Critical Infrastructure Facility (Server Room) And To Automatically Switch Over The Power Supply In The Event Of A Power Outage.3.The Installation Of The Device Will Take Place In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Lublin Science And Technology Park In Lublin Located At Ul. Bohdana Dobrzańskiego 3, 20-262 Lublin.4.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff In The Following Areas: A) Operation Of The Unit, B) Operation Of The Control Panel, C) Emergency Procedures, D) Basic Service Activities.5.The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service In Poland.6.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Unit And The Work Performed, In Particular Assembly, Commissioning And Integration With The Existing Infrastructure: A) In Emergency Operation Without A Limit On Mtg (Motor Hours) For A Period Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, B) In Continuous Operation With A Load Of Up To 70% Of The Rated Power Of The Prp In 24 Hours For A Period Of At Least 5,000 Mtg, From The Date Of Final Acceptance, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer.7.The Warranty Periods Granted In Emergency Operation Mode Without An Hourly Limit And Warranty Periods In Continuous Operation Mode With A Load Of Up To 70% Of The Rated Prp Power During 24 Hours Are The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers8.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
