The City Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Consultants Or Consulting Firms To Provide Comprehensive Engineering, Landscape Architecture, And Construction Management Services For A New Multi-Sport And Track Facility. The Project Consists Of Two Core Phases: Design Phase 1 (Comprising Site Analysis, Conceptual Development, And Detailed Design) And A Conditional Phase 2: Construction Management, Which Is Subject To Council Approval.
