Epcor Would Like To Upgrade Or Enhance The Video And Audio Equipment Used In Various Boardrooms With The Intent Of Implementing A Hybrid (Online/In-Person) Meeting Solution, Addressing Shortcomings Identified With The Current Configuration, And To Evergreen Equipment That Is End Of Life And No Longer Supported By The Vendor.Epcor Is Seeking A Service Provider Who, In Collaboration With Epcor, Will Develop A Detailed End Solution.Epcor Architects Will Provide Input Into The Solution Design And Will Be Responsible For Providing Approval Of The Proposed Final Solution. Some Of The Boardroom Have A Standard Configuration While Other May Require A More Custom Solution.In Addition To Providing The End Solution And Equipment, The Successful Proponent Will Also Be Required To: •Provide The Services Required To Install Equipment•Configure All Replacement Equipment (For Custom Rooms)•Configure And/Or Program All Interfaces•Integrate With Identified Backend Solutions•Provide Training For Staff With Respect To The Units And Supporting Software•Provide Support For The Solution Post Implementation (For Custom Rooms)
