The Subject Of The Order Is: Constructing The Narol Gt-1 Exploration And Appraisal Well To Capture Thermal Waters In The Town Of Lipie In Accordance With The Approved Design Of Geological Works For The Drilling Of The Narol Gt-1 Thermal Water Prospecting And Appraisal Well In The Town Of Lipie.2.The Purpose Of The Planned Narol Gt-1 Well Is To Search For And Evaluate Thermal Waters In The Lower Cretaceous Or Middle Jurassic Deposits By Drilling The Narol Gt-1 Exploration And Appraisal Well With A Depth Of 1,950 M (+/-10%). Geological Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Geological Works Project For The Construction Of An Exploration And Appraisal Well For Narol Gt-1 Thermal Waters In Lipie, Approved By The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Of September 14, 2022, Reference Number Os-Iv.7430.18.2022.Tg, As Amended By The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Of September 27, 2022, Reference Number Os-Iv.7430.18.2022.Tg. As Part Of The Works Performed, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Make The Necessary Formal And Legal Arrangements, I.E. Obtain A Decision Approving The Operation Plan Of The Plant Performing Geological Works, Notify The Commencement Of Works To The Competent Supervisory And Administrative Authorities, As Well As Permits And Permits In The Field Of Waste Management And Nature Protection Required By Law, If Necessary, Provide Rescue Services Mining.2) Providing Geodetic Services Necessary To Perform The Order By Geodetic Determination Of The Drilling Point Of The Hole, Planning The Drilled Hole And Developing An As-Built Geodetic Report.3) Drilling The Narol Gt-1 Hole - In Accordance With The Geological Works Design.4) Conducting Hydrogeological Measurements, While The Research And Measurement Methodology Used By The Contractor Must Ensure Obtaining Results That Fully Document The Actual Situation And Comply With The Standards And Regulations In This Respect.5) Performing Geophysical Surveys.6) Proper Organization And Development Of The Construction Site.7) Construction Insurance.8) Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Restoration Of The Original Condition Of Roads And Access Roads.9) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, Etc.3.Location Of The Narol Gt-1 Well The Planned Well Is Located On Plot No. 5/17, Lipie District In The Town Of Lipie, Narol Commune, Lubaczów Poviat, Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
