The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Reconstruction And Modernization Of Rooms Located On The Ground Floor In The Building Of The Faculty Of Architecture Of Zut In Szczecin At Ul. Żołnierska 50. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Air Conditioning In The Ground Floor Rooms, 2) Replacement Of Floors In The Ground Floor Rooms, 3) Replacement Of Doors, 4) Widening Of Openings And Construction Works, 5) Reconstruction Of Rooms And Corridor, 6) Modernization Of Toilets (2 Nodes), 7) Construction Of A Cloakroom, 8) Construction Of Electrical, Telecommunications And Technical Installations Sanitary. 2. The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of This Order Also Includes Additional Services Related To The Commencement, Performance And Completion Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order, Including: 1) Taking Over The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works, Its Appropriate Preparation, Security And Maintenance; 2) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering To The Place Of Execution Of The Order (Construction Site) Materials, Devices And Construction Products, Tools Or Other Types Of Equipment And Machines Necessary To Perform The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order; 3) Selection, Assignment To The Implementation Of Works And Maintaining Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Works Appropriate Construction Staff, Including Management Staff In The Person Of A Construction Manager With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In The Construction Industry In A Specialty Authorizing To Manage Construction Works In The General Construction Industry And Works Managers With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In A Specialty Authorizing Them To Manage: Construction Works In The General Construction Industry (One Person), Works In The Electrical Industry (One Person), Telecommunications Industry Works (One Person) And Sanitary Industry Works (One Person), However, The Duties Of The General Construction Industry Manager May Also Be Performed By The Same Person Who Will Act As The Construction Manager;4) Preparation Of The Safety And Health Protection Plan Referred To In The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 And In The Implementing Regulations To This Act;5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation;6) Carrying Out The Required Measurements, Tests And Built-In Checks Or Otherwise Installed Construction Equipment In The Performance Of The Works;7) Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty (Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Referred To In § 13, Sections 6 - 15 Of The Model Agreement) For The Construction Works Performed Under This Order, As Well As The Construction Materials, Devices And Products Built-In, Installed Or Otherwise Used In The Performance Of These Works;8) Removal Of All Defects And Defects Under The Granted Warranty And As Part Of The Liability Un
