The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof And The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In Building No. 175 In The Military Complex At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Group. Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Works Including: Demolition Of Roofing Felt; Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downspouts; Surface Cleaning, Priming And Installation Of Pir Boards; Roof Covering With Double-Layer Felt; Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; Waste Collection And Management. 2) Development Of The Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126, As Amended)) On Its Own And At Its Own Expense In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025). R. Item 418, I.E.), Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site By The Ordering Party. 3) Carrying Out Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections, Construction And Maintenance Of The Construction Site Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices At The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With Its Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Roofing (Roofer) And Lightning Protection Installations Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, And The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, Consolidated Text).
