The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Renovation And Construction Works In A Storage Room Located In The Basement Of The Police School Building In Piła.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz;2) Ground Plan Of The Building, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz;3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz;4) Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz;5) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz; Swz.3.The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Construction Works, Technical Devices And Systems Related To Construction Facilities And The Supplied Equipment Used To Perform All Works, Is For A Minimum Of 48 Months, Counting From The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract - Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. Points Will Be Awarded For Granting A Warranty Period Longer Than The Minimum In Accordance With Chapter Xviii Of The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Obliges Contractors To Inspect The Construction Site On-Site Before Submitting The Offer, In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer And Implementing And Settling The Subject Of The Contract. 5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) To Ensure That All Persons Who Will Perform Activities Involving The Direct Performance Of Construction Works (Physical Works) Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), Provided That The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Supervision And Supervision Of Construction Works. The Persons Mentioned In The First Sentence Cannot Perform Any Activities On The Construction Site Without Being Employed Under An Employment Contract With The Contractor Or Subcontractor.
