The Subject Of The Order Is: Replacement Of The Storm Sewage System In The Area Of ​​Węglowa In Białystok.2.General Description Of The Existing Condition And The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Work Is The Replacement And Modernization Of The Existing External Storm Sewage System Discharging Rainwater From Building No. 7 Located At Ul. Węglowa In Białystok. The Aim Of The Works Is To Organize And Improve The Method Of Draining Rainwater From The Roof Of Building No. 7 On The Side Of Building No. 5 And The Adjacent Area, By Making Correct Connections Of All Downpipes To The External Rainwater Drainage System, Replacing Worn-Out And Silted-Up Elements Of The Existing Installation And Ensuring Proper And Tight Drainage Of Rainwater. Building No. 7 On The Side Of Building No. 5 Has A System Roof Drainage Equipped With Five Downpipes Discharging Rainwater From The Roof Gutters. Currently, Only One Downpipe Has A Rain Inlet Installed, Through Which Rainwater Is Discharged To The External Rainwater Drainage System. The Remaining Four Downpipes Do Not Have A Proper Connection To The Rainwater Drainage System, Therefore Rainwater Is Currently Discharged Directly Into The Area Adjacent To The Building, Including The Green Area. The Existing Method Of Stormwater Drainage Does Not Ensure Proper And Controlled Drainage Of Water From A Given Roof Slope. Due To The Above, It Is Necessary To Construct New Storm Sewage Channels And Equip All Five Downpipes With Appropriate Rain Inlets. The Existing Inlet At One Of The Downpipes Is Also Scheduled For Replacement. Moreover, The Existing External Storm Sewage System In The Section Between Wells D1 And D2 And Well D7 Is Clogged With Silt, And Its Condition And Patency Do Not Ensure Proper Functioning Of The System. Due To The Above, The Section Of The Sewerage System In Question Should Be Replaced With A New One. Due To Their Technical Condition And The Planned Reconstruction Of The Sewage System, Wells D1 And D2 Are Also Subject To Replacement. Additionally, A Newly Designed Yard Inlet Marked In The Drawing As Wp1 Should Be Included In Well D2.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, I.E.: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), 2) Design Documentation: Bill Of Quantities, Land Development Design, Scope Of Works - Modernization Of The Rainwater Drainage System, And 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.
