The Ordering Party Reserves That Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Device Parameters And Other Descriptions In The Documentation That Could Indicate A Given Manufacturer Or Brand Were Used Only For Design Purposes And Should Be Treated As Examples. The Offer Valuation Should Include Equivalent Or Better Materials And Devices. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By; Bill Of Quantities, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Trademarks Included In The Tender Documentation Are Used Only For The Purpose Of Preparing It. Equivalent Or Better Solutions Should Be Used. Due To The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Accessibility Requirements For Disabled People Are Not Taken Into Account.
