1. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Maintenance And Maintenance Of Forest Roads In The Janów Lubelski Forest District In 2026. The Works Will Be Performed In The Forest Area. These Roads Are Used For The Removal Of Wood Or Are Access Roads To A Fire, With A Surface Made Of Aggregate Or Natural Soil. The Existing Roads Are Located Entirely On State Treasury Land Managed By The Janów Lubelski Forest District. The Ordering Party Allows A Change In The Location Of Works Within The Limits Of A Given Part Of The Order And A Change In The Quantity Of Works And Materials Within The Limits Indicated In Point 4 Below, I.E. By A Maximum Of ±10% In Relation To The Quantities Specified In The Tor. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Order Is 90% Of Each Quantity Indicated For A Given Part Of The Order. The Aim Of The Planned Works Is To Restore The Roads To Their Original Condition By Local Reconstruction Of The Surface To The Extent Necessary To Restore Its Original Operational Parameters. The Works Will Consist Solely In Removing Existing Damage And Restoring Road Elements In Accordance With Their Current Condition. The Scope Of Work Results From The Need To Profile The Surface In Order To Adapt The Parameters And Geometry Of The Road To The Traffic Conditions Of Vehicles Transporting Wood. There Are Numerous Ruts And Surface Washouts As Well As High Shoulders Along The Existing Roads. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: - Part I - Maintenance Of Forest Roads In The Forests: Zdzisławice, Zofianka, Obrówka, Momoty, Jakuby2. Distribution Of Aggregate Onto Forest Roads. In The Indicated Places, For Leveling, It Is Necessary To: Make A Surface Of Crushed Stone Aggregate With Continuous Grain 0/63 Mm, Without Admixture Of Recycled Aggregates, Compacted With A Road Roller. The Layer Thickness Is On Average 15 Cm After Compaction, With A Thicker Layer Allowed In The Case Of Defects Occurring On Softened Terrain In The Form Of Deep And Extensive Potholes And Ruts. The Substrate Should Be Leveled And Properly Compacted. The Road Surface Should Ensure Proper Drainage. Transverse Slopes Should Not Be Less Than 3% And Should Not Exceed 5%. The Soil And Construction Materials Should Be Compacted At Optimal Humidity And In Layers With A Thickness Adapted To The Power Of The Compaction Equipment. Settlement For The Work Performed Will Be In Tonnes Of Distributed Aggregate. The Fee For Used Aggregate Includes All Costs Incurred By The Contractor. Quantity Of Crushed Stone Aggregate To Be Spread: - For Part I - Crushed Aggregate: 3,000 Tons
