The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 410/14 In Marcinkowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Subsoil Stabilization, Foundation Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, Asphalt Surface, Roadsides And Drainage Elements Such As Sewage Channels And Culverts. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Respectively. The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
