The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge Over The Koszarawa Stream With Access As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Transfer Hub In Żywiec - Implementation In The Design And Build Mode, Including Comprehensive Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge With A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Over The Koszarawa Stream, In Particular: 1) Design And Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge Over The Koszarawa Stream At A Distance Of Approx. 25 M From The Existing Water Level Towards The Upper Water, Along The Planned Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Connecting The Existing Transfer Hub In The Area Of The Amphitheater On The Left Bank Of The Stream With A New Crossing Over The Railway Tracks On The Right Bank, 2) Design And Construction Of An Access To The Footbridge On The Left Bank Of The Stream In The Form Of A Bicycle Footpath, Partly Following The Trace Of The Existing Sidewalk Intended For For Demolition, With A Connector To The Existing Sidewalk In The Area Of The Bus Stop, 3) Design And Construction Of An Access To The Footbridge On The Right Bank Of The Stream - Connecting The Footbridge With The Existing Nature And Educational Path Along The Stream. 4) Development Of Industry Designs For Lighting And Monitoring Of The Planned Communication Route, Together With The Execution Of Works Provided For In These Projects, 5) Preparation Of An Industry Design For Decorative Lighting (Illumination) Of The Footbridge, Together With The Execution Of Works Provided For In The Project, 6) Construction Of Stone Reinforcements For The Banks Of The Koszarawa Stream And Embankments Of Access Roads On The Right Bank, The Project Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design, Ensuring Full Accessibility For People With Disabilities And People With Limited Mobility. Design Documentation Should Include Solutions That Eliminate Architectural Barriers, Ensure Appropriate Usable Width Of The Facility, Appropriate Slopes, Safe Connections With Existing Infrastructure And Anti-Slip Surfaces. The Adopted Solutions Should Be Consistent With Annex No. 2 To The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027 - Accessibility Standards For Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. Design Documentation Must Also Take Into Account Resistance To The Effects Of Climate Change. The Adopted Design And Construction Solutions Should Ensure The Adaptation Of The Facility To Increased Water Flows And The Occurrence Of Extreme Phenomena, Including Flood Surges. The Materials And Technical Solutions Used Should Guarantee The Durability Of The Facility In Changing Weather Conditions, In Particular Resistance To Freezing And Thawing Cycles, Heavy Rainfall And Increased Humidity. The Footbridge Structure Should Be Placed In A Way That Limits Interference With The River Bed And
