1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Latowicz Commune - Stages V And Vi In The Design And Build Formula, I.E. Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Notifications, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions, Performance Of Construction, Assembly And Electrical Works, Hydraulic And Technological (Biological) Commissioning, Testing Of Treated Sewage, Training Of Users And Putting The Treatment Plant Into Operation. The Order Was Divided Into The Following Parts: Part 1 - Stage V: Construction Of 19 (Nineteen) Biological-Mechanical Household Sewage Treatment Plants In 11 Towns Of The Latowicz Commune, In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 12A To The Swz. The Locations Of The Poś Are Indicated In Annexes No. 12A And 12B To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location To Another One Or To Resign From The Implementation Of The Environmental Protection Program, Among Others. In The Following Cases: 1) Lack Of Technical Possibilities To Design A Sewage Treatment Plant In A Given Location Or Exceptionally Difficult Soil And Water Conditions Preventing The Proper Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, 2) Failure Of The Property Owner To Fulfill His Obligations Towards The Commune, 3) Resignation Of The Resident, 4) Failure Of The Resident To Meet The Conditions Of Participation In The Environmental Protection Program Construction Program, 5) The Resident Has Stopped The Construction Of A Residential Building Or The Progress Of Works On The Building Does Not Indicate The Completion Of Construction Until The End Of The Contract With The Contractor. 6) Loss Of All/Part Co-Financing Due To The Contractors Failure To Meet The Deadlines (Including Intermediate Deadlines). By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Confirms That Changing The Location To Another One Will Not Result In The Contractors Claim For A Change In Remuneration And The Contractor Has Included The Above Risk In The Offer. The Final Determination Of The Location Should Take Place After Carrying Out Geological Research And The Designers Field Visit Before Preparing The Design Documentation, Although The Ordering Party Points Out The Risk Of Changing The Location At A Later Stage, I.E. After The Design Work Has Been Completed, Which Results In The Need To Carry Out Geological Research, Design Work And Submit The Required Notifications For The New Location.
