1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Surface Of The Access Road To The Regional Center For Forensic Psychiatry In Starogard Gdański (Hereinafter Referred To As Rops) By Installing A New Layer Of Asphalt Screed - Bituminous Overlay On A Section Of Approximately 300 Linear Meters, I.E. 1,680 M2. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.2.The Removal And Disposal Of Dismantled Elements Of The Existing Surface And Debris Is The Responsibility And Expense Of The Contractor.3.The Subject Of The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan All Activities For The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice And Applicable Regulations, Regardless Of Whether These Activities Are Listed Separately In Any Document. The Contractor Should Take Into Account That The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility And Plan All Works In Consultation With The Employer.5.The Remuneration For The Subject Of The Order Given In The Offer Must Also Include All Costs Related To: - Securing The Works In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety, - Repairing Any Damage Incurred During The Execution Of The Task. - Removing The Facilities, Materials And Tidying Up The Area After The Work Is Completed.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Insurance Against Damages That May Occur And Against Sudden And Accidental Events As Well As Against Civil Liability. The Insurance Should Cover Works, Devices And Equipment.7.The Contractor Will Tidy Up The Work Area No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Work.8.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A 5-Year Warranty For The Works Performed. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Free Of Charge Any Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Discovered After Final Acceptance.9.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Inspect The Local Access Road To The Rops And Its Surroundings, And To Obtain, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. The Costs Of The On-Site Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Failure To Carry Out An On-Site Visit In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Swz.
