The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Backup Power Source And Reconstruction Of The Existing Energy Infrastructure For An Office And Warehouse Building At The Headquarters Of The Municipal Plant Of The Kościerzyna Commune As Part Of The Cybersecure Waterworks Project. The Order Is Co-Financed By European Funds Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Financed By The Recovery And Resilience Instrument, Investment C3.1.1. Cybersecurity - Cyberpl, Data Processing Infrastructure And Optimization Of The Infrastructure Of State Services Responsible For Security. Cybersecurity - Cyberbezpieczne Wodociągi. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Scope Of The Construction Project Includes: • Preparatory And Measurement Works, • Earthworks, • Delivery Of A Power Generator, • Connection Works For Individual Types Of Installations, • Commissioning And Measurement At Dangerous Voltages.• Training In The Operation Of A Reserve Power Source,• During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Inspections And Oil Services At His Own Expense (Replacement Of Fluids And Filters And Other Consumable Parts Necessary To Maintain The Warranty And Proper Operation Of The Equipment). After Completing All Installation Works, All Necessary Construction Works Should Be Carried Out To Restore The Original Condition Of The Buildings And Road Infrastructure (Plasters, Wall And Floor Cladding, Road And Sidewalk Surfaces) In The Excavated Places, Reforging, Etc. After Completing The Work, The Network Operator (Energa) Should Be Informed About The Use Of A Reserve Power Supply With An Ats System Ensuring That The Generator Cannot Operate Simultaneously With The Network. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Documentation: Construction Design, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Contractor Provides, At His Own Expense, A Construction Manager Specializing In Electricity. The Ordering Party Also Provides The Bills Of Quantities, But They Serve Only As Supporting Information Material, Which Is Not An Attachment To The Swz And Is Not A Document Applicable In These Proceedings. The Contractor May Use It On A Voluntary Basis And Under His Own Responsibility. 2.
