The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Parking Spaces On Ul. Gen. Wł. Sikorskiego In Gostyń Made Of Graphite-Colored Concrete Paving Stones. A Section Of The Sidewalk Was Designed With A Surface Made Of Gray Concrete Paving Stones. The Task Will Include The Construction Of Two Illuminated Pedestrian Crossings, One Of Which Will Be Elevated, With A Surface Made Of Red Concrete Paving Stones. The Water Will Be Drained On The Surface, Using Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To The Existing And Newly Designed Stormwater Sewerage Inlets. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Demolition Works, • Earthworks, • Substructures, • Pavements, • Horizontal And Vertical Markings, • Rainwater Drainage, • Execution Of Solar Lighting. The Contractors Responsibilities That Are Not Included In The Documentation Or Cost Estimate Include: - Obtaining All Arrangements And Permits Required For The Implementation Of This Facility; - Informing All Network Managers About The Implementation Of The Task Before The Commencement Of The Works; - Surveying Services And Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory, - Conducting Measurements And Tests Of Materials At Their Own Expense; - Development Of Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works; - Costs Of Securing And Settling Utilities; - Costs Of Supervision Over The Technical Infrastructure. The Above Costs Should Be Included In The Offer, Without Making Separate Cost Estimates. The Ordering Party Sets The Basic Warranty Period At 60 Months.
