Task No. 1 - Expansion/Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1688R Lubaczów - Basznia At Km 4+970 - 5+9931. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz) Includes Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Precisely Determine The Amount Of Work Based On Construction Designs. Due To The Expected Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum Remuneration), If It Is Necessary To Perform More Work Than Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Additional Remuneration Will Not Be Due.
