The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Entitled: Demolition Of An Existing Garage Building With Adjacent Sheds And Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And A Building Permit (Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works), Execution Of Demolition Works, Construction Of A Single-Story Civil Defense Warehouse Along With Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Construction Of Connections And Reconstruction Of Conflicting Networks, Land Development, Hardening, As Well As Finishing And Installation Works. The Designed Facility Will Be Intended For Storing Rescue And Medical Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, Food And Equipment Used In Crisis Situations. The Building Will Be Constructed As A Single-Story Structure With A Steel Structure With A Casing Made Of Sandwich Panels, Equipped With Three Independent Warehouse Rooms With Separate Entrance Gates. The Investment Will Be Implemented On Plot No. 3351/1 In Istebna, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Construction Law Act, And The Provisions Of The Local Development Plan Spatial Design. The Design Documentation Must Cover All Required Industries And Ensure The Correct, Safe And Intended Implementation And Operation Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Adopted Design Solutions And To Obtain All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Including The Demolition Of Existing Garages And A Wind Turbine And The Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Functional And Technical Requirements And The Standard Of Execution Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes An Integral Annex To The Terms Of Reference.
