1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Small Architectural Structures, A Paved Area And The Revitalization Of A Sports Field For Team Games In The Sports And Recreation Area At The Village Community Center In Tobyłka. 2 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Scope Of Work: 2.1 Preparatory Works: - Organization And Fencing Of The Construction Site, - Preparation And Analysis Of The Ground For The Installation Of Devices. 2.2 Construction Works: - Earthworks, - Foundation Works, - Laying Openwork Slabs On An Area Of 8.40 M2, - Construction Of A Pitch For Team Games, - Construction Of A Pitch Fencing, - Delivery And Installation Of Selected Devices, - Leveling The Ground And Sowing Grass.3 The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Documentation. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4 The Method Of Installation And The Type Of Foundation Of Individual Playground Equipment In Accordance With The Device Manufacturers System. The Ordering Party Allows Deviations From The Dimensions Of The Devices Specified In The Design Up To +/- 10% And A Different Color Scheme - Agreed With The Ordering Party And Consistent For The Entire Project.5 The Scope Of Work Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. When Performing Works, Materials Approved For Acceptance And Use In Construction, With Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Approvals, Should Be Used.
