The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The Power Supply System Of The Building Of The Lasowice Wielkie Commune Office. The Planned Project Consisting In The Construction Of An Electrical Energy Storage System With An Emergency Power Supply System Will Include The Following Works: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Solaredge 10K Hybrid Inverters Or Equivalent In The Amount Of 2 Pieces, Together With Accessories, Electrical, General Construction And Disassembly Works Within The Photovoltaic Installation2) Delivery And Installation Of Technological Equipment Of The Warehouse Electricity With A Capacity Of 23 Kwh With Electrical Works Within The Installation3) Delivery Of A Power Generator With A Power Range Of 60-70 Kva Along With Commissioning4) Equipping The Installation With An Emergency Power Supply System And Ems Monitoring Of The Production And Storage Of Electricity.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: A) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; B) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Computer Equipment (In Particular Central Units, Laptops, Servers) Meet The Requirements Of Eu Origin Or Come From Countries With Which The European Union Has Signed Multilateral Or Bilateral Agreements On National Treatment In The Field Of Public Procurement (E.G.
