1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Cleaning The Pond Located On Plot No. 390/13 At Ul. Sybiraków In Kostrzyn Nad Odrą With An Area Of Approx. 1.2068 Ha Using The Microbiological Bioremediation Method To Improve The Natural Conditions Of The Reservoir, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf) Under The Interreg Vi A Brandenburg - Poland 2021-2027 Program For The Implementation Of The Project Bbpl0300091 Climate+.2. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Designation Of At Least 6 Water And Silt Sampling Points; 2) Carrying Out Measurements Of The Amount Of Silt And Water Condition Monitoring (Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus, Dissolved Oxygen At The Surface And In The Bottom Zone, Ph) At The Points Mentioned Above Before The Commencement Of The Works; These Tests Are To Be Performed By The Contractor, With The Participation Of The Ordering Party And At The Contractors Expense; 3) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of A Map With Marked Water And Silt Sampling Points; 4) Development Of A Schedule And Plan For The Application Of A Microbiological Preparation Adapted To The Specific Nature Of The Reservoir; 5) Delivery And Three-Fold Application Of Biological (Bacterial) Preparations In The Entire Reservoir Area In The Following Seasons (2026, 2027, 2028). Microorganisms Used In The Bioremediation Process Should Decompose Organic Materials, Such As Plant Remains, Aquatic Animal Feces And Dead Plant Cells, And Bacteria Should Oxidize Harmful Compounds, Mainly Ammonia And Forms Of Phosphorus;6) Ensuring, In The Course Of All Bioremediation Works, The Supervision Of A Specialist Ichthyologist With: A) Higher Education In Fisheries, Aquaculture, Biology, Environmental Protection, Environmental Engineering, Zootechnics Or A Related Field, The Program Of Which Included At Least 60 Hours Of Classes In The Field Of Ichthyology, Hydrobiology Or Fisheries - Or Has Secondary Or Secondary Vocational Education In The Field Of Fishing (In Particular The Title Of Inland Fisheries Technician) With At Least 5 Years Of Work Experience In Fisheries Management Or Water Protection; B) Experience In Performing Ichthyological Supervision, Environmental Supervision In The Field Of Ichthyofauna Or Managing Fishing Works With At Least Two Tasks Related To Reclamation, Bioremediation, Desilting, Renaturalization Or Reconstruction Of A Water Reservoir Or Stream, Including At Least One Task On A Reservoir With A Water Surface Of Not Less Than 0.5 Ha, Carried Out Within The Last 5 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers;7) Carrying Out Measurements Of Oxygen Concentration In The Surface Layer And The Bottom Layer One Year After The First Application;8) Carrying Out, At Points Where Zero Tests Were Carried Out, Comparative Measurements Of The Thickness Of Bottom Sediment Approx. 1 Month Before Performing The Next (2Nd And 3Rd) Application Of The Microbiological Preparation, The So-Called Control Tests And
