The Device Is Used For Disinfection Of Newly Built Pipelines And Water Supply Installations, Disinfection Of Water Supply Networks Using The Hydrant Method, Disinfection Of Internal Water Supply Installations, Disinfection Of Sewage In Channels, Pipes, Wells, Disinfection Or Activation Of Filter Beds Of Pressure Filters, Disinfection Of Tanks, Introduction Of Chemicals Into Specific Networks, Installations Or Devices.2) Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Annex No. 6.1 To Swz - Technical Specification Form For Part I Of The Order.3) The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Delivery Item Must Be Unused And Technically Complete. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed And Ready For Use Without The Need For Additional Purchases.4) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Device For Cleaning Water Supply Networks To The Address Of The Municipal Office In Dąbrowa Białostocka, Ul. Solidarności 1, 16 - 200 Dąbrowa Białostocka.5) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Device For Cleaning Water Supply Networks Along With Full Technical And Operational Documentation And A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish.6) The Ordering Party Requires Training Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Operation Of The Delivered Device.7) The Basic Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Are Described In The Technical Specification Form For Part I Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6.1 To Swz.8) The Product Range Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Reports Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
