The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates For The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Secondary School Complex No. 2 Of The Tadeusz Kościuszko Vocational Education Center In Łowicz In Connection With The Change Of Use To An Agricultural Mechanization Workshop As Part Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of Workshop Workshops For The Needs Of Acquiring Industry Qualifications On The Modern Market Work In The Łowicz County.2. The Ordering Party Requires, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer, That The Contractor Provides A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order And A Minimum Of 24 Months Of Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Within 120 Days Of Concluding The Contract, Provided That The Construction Design Must Be Completed Within 80 Days Of Concluding The Contract.
