The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Completely Built-Up Type C Ambulance With A 4 X 4 Drive - 1 Piece With Equipment, I.E. A Stretcher, A Transport Defibrillator, A Transport Respirator, And A Cardiac Chair For The Needs Of The Zoz Emergency Medical Service In Kłobuck. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Requirements - Required Operational And Technical Parameters For Vehicles And Equipment, And Annex No. 2 A - List Of Assessed Parameters And Provisions Of The Draft Contract. The Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 2 Constitute Minimum Requirements, With The Exception Of Some Additionally Scored Parameters, Which Are Optional. The Contractor May Propose Higher Than Minimum Parameters. The Subject Of The Order Must Fully Meet The Requirements And Have Documents Enabling The Registration Of Ambulances In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
