Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Truck/Dump Truck As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Truck On A Chassis With A Double Cabin (For At Least 6 People) With A Specialized Body - A Three-Way Tipper For The Needs Of The Więcwice Commune Office.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of New Equipment With The Following Technical Parameters: 1) General Requirements For The Vehicle: A) Brand New Car (Year Of Production: 2026); B) Vehicle Type: Truck/Dumper (Required Driving License: Driving License Category B) C) Number Of Seats: Factory-Adapted To Transport Min. 6 People (5 Passengers + Driver); A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 8 To The Swz.2) Formal Requirements. A) The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Legal Regulations In Force In Poland For Cars Traveling On Public Roads And The Conditions Specified In The Legal Regulations For The European Union. The Delivered Car Must Have An Approval Certificate And The Required Documents (Operators Manual In Polish, Warranty Book, Certificate Of Technical Tests) Enabling Vehicle Registration. B) The Vehicle Must Have A Zero Inspection Performed By The Contractor At His Expense, Which Must Be Confirmed In The Vehicles Warranty Book. C) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Document That The Offered Vehicle Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, D) The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter. E) The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All The Costs It Will Incur. The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: Delivery Costs To The Ordering Party, Vat.3) If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case, Stating That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, The Contractor Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz.
