Element I - Main Communication Routes, Part A1.The Subject Of The Order Is: Winter Maintenance Of Street Surfaces Managed By The Mayor Of Jasło - Cz. 2, (Element I - Main Communication Routes, Part A, Element Ii - Main Communication Routes, Part B) In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Swz Containing A List Of Streets Specifying Each Element, In The Scope Of: - Performing Duties, Clearing Snow, Combating Black Ice And Slipperiness, Loading And Removing Snow And Ice Piles In The Event Of Accumulation, Maintaining Cleanliness In The Absence Of Snowfall. Winter Street Maintenance Will Be Carried Out Using Mechanical Equipment Until Safe Traffic Is Ensured. A Uniform Standard For Maintaining The Street Surface Covered By The Contract Is Also Established, I.E. The Road Is Cleared Of Snow And Sprinkled Over Its Entire Width And Length; A Thin, Even Layer Of Hardened Snow Is Allowed To Remain On The Road, With The Simultaneous Elimination Of Slipperiness. - Slippery And Black Ice On The Streets Will Be Combated Using A 10% Sand-Salt Mixture; In The Event Of Black Ice Or Icing, It Is Allowed To Change The Proportions Of The Mixture To Increase Its Effectiveness.
