Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A 4X4 Ambulance For The State Emergency Medical Service In Słubice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New Type C Road Ambulance With 4X4 Drive, Along With Bodywork And Equipment, For The State Emergency Medical Services System In Słubice, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ambulance. The Ambulance Will Be Intended To Perform Tasks By Medical Rescue Teams Of The State Emergency Medical Services System Stationed In Słubice, Hereinafter Referred To As Prm In Słubice. The User Within The Meaning Of The Draft Agreement Will Be The Entity To Which The Ordering Party Entrusts The Ambulance To Be Used For The Purposes Of Prm In Słubice. The First Use Of The Ambulance Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Separate Loan Agreement; Receipt Of The Delivery From The Contractor Is Not Tantamount To Such Transfer. The Place Of Delivery, Collection, Training And Service Of Medical Buildings And Equipment Is The Place Of Prm Stationing In Słubice: Ul. Piłsudskiego 16/1/2, 69-100 Słubice, Taking Into Account Separate Rules For Operating The Base Vehicle And Equipment Specified In The Draft Agreement.2.The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Perform All Activities Related To The Development, Arrangement, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment And Marking Of The Ambulance, Necessary For Its Proper And Safe Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, To The Extent Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Agreement; 2) Ensure The Compatibility Of The Ambulance With The Equipment Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Possessed, Including The Delivery And Installation Of The Required Handles, Adapters, Cables And Other Elements Enabling Its Safe Mounting, Connection And Use;3) Providing The Required Implementation, Approval, Technical, Operational And Warranty Documentation, Including The Operating Manual In Polish And Documents Necessary For The Registration And Use Of The Ambulance And Its Equipment, As Well As Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Registration Process, In Particular Supplementing The Documents Regarding The Delivered Subject Of The Order;4) Conducting Two Separate Training Courses For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, Including Prm Staff In Słubice, Regarding The Use, Operation, Safety And Maintenance Of The Ambulance And Equipment, Within The Dates And Scope Specified In The Draft Agreement;5) Granting A Warranty And Ensuring Warranty And Service Support, Required Inspections, Repairs, Replacement Of Defective Elements, And In The Cases Specified In The Draft Agreement - Also The Ambulance Or Replacement Equipment, Ensuring The Possibility Of Using These Services By An Authorized User;6) Ensuring The Availability Of Spare Parts For The Delivered Medical Equipment For At Least 8 Years, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Agreement Contract.
