1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks Related To Population Protection And Civil Defense In The Sędziszów Małopolski Commune. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts: Part I - Purchase And Delivery Of 2 Mobile Power Generators. Part Ii - Purchase And Delivery Of A Mobile Water Treatment Plant. Part Iii - Purchase And Delivery Of A Pneumatic Rescue Tent.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Sędziszów Małopolski Commune. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Accepted On The Basis Of The Acceptance Protocol, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Presence Of Representatives Of The Parties.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training For Persons Selected By The Ordering Party (Approx. 3-4 People) In The Basic Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Will Take Place No Later Than On The Day Of Its Receipt. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About The Delivery And Training Date No Later Than 3 Days Before The Planned Date.4.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Along With The Subject Of The Order, With All Necessary Instructions For Use, Approvals, Certificates Of Conformity Required By Law And Warranty Documents In Polish. 5. Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For Transporting The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Sędziszów Małopolski Commune (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Unloading The Order And Related Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.6.The Contractor Will Protect The Subject Of The Order Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading.7.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Including: 1) Attachment. 3.1 To Swz Regarding Mobile Units2) Attachment 3.2 To Swz Regarding Water Treatment Plants3) Attachment 3.3 To Swz Regarding The Pneumatic Tent Attention! The Contractor, Depending On Which Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Offers The Execution Of The Order, Attaches Annex No. 3.1, Annex No. 3.2 To The Offer Form And/Or Annex No. 3.3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order For A Given Part, In Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Brand, Type/Model And Year Of Production And Declare Whether The Offered Item Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Indicated Parameters.
