The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing A One-Day Networking, Lecture And Workshop Event Of The Polish Clinical Research Network With A Fair And Exhibition Module In Warsaw. The Detailed Scope Of The Service And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Sets A Requirement Related To The Employment Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.
